Centuries pass and the trees of the forest have grown thicker and stronger,
the snow sparkles in the winter sun, a raven perches high upon a snowy branch
to view the landscape.

When I cupped my hands to drink at a pool of water near a stream,

Eğer bu eski ağaçlar konuşabilirse,
... oh anlatabilecekleri hikayeler,
dağlarda yükseklere oturduğu bir zaman
O gurur günleri rüzgarla uçtu
Ama şimdi sessizlik bu toprakları yönetiyor
ve her şey sessiz gibi görünüyor
Sadece akarsular kederli bir şekilde ağlıyor
ama eğer onların çığlıklarını dinlersen fısıldadıklarını ve söylediklerini duyabilirsin:
"Bir zamanlar bizim olanı fethedeceğiz»
Yüzyıllar geçti ve ormanın ağaçları daha kalın ve daha güçlü büyüdü,
kar kış güneşinde parıldıyor, karla kaplı bir dalın üzerine bir karga tüniyor

suya karşı ve yansımamı gördüm,
